COVID-19 Restart Safety Plan

We are just finalizing our COVID-19 restart plan. Our focus will be mainly on physical distancing (Elimination). Where that’s not possible additional safeguards will be in place.

As lessons are delivered outdoors, appropriate areas with space to maneuver the bikes that keep both the students and instructor safe will be selected.

Our instructor will carry hand-sanitizer and gloves to be used if they need to touch your bike or equipment.

Our instructor will carry a non-medical face mask to be used at any time when 2m physical distancing is not possible, such as in a first aid situation, etc.

Students will be requested to bring their own hand-sanitizer and non-medical face mask to each lesson.

All students (or their guardians) will be asked to self-monitor their own health and inform us when and as needed.

We will be requesting that students NOT ATTEND a lesson if they feel ill or have COVID-19 symptoms, with any coughing or sneezing no matter how minor or have been in contact with a sick person within the last 14 days.

We will continue to follow closely the orders and recommendations of the Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafe BC and will adjust our operations, if needed, as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
